  I called this company 2 weeks ago to enquire about an installation. They told me the person I needed to speak to was unavailable and they would call the following week on Monday. Monday passed so I called them, 'the person I needed to speak to was on the phone and would call me right back'. I didn't receive a call back so I called them again the next day. 'The person I needed had the day off but would call back the following day'. Still haven't heard back. What GREAT customer service. What is it with this industry? People think it's acceptable to waste your time and not bother returning calls. Customer service aside, it's just a rude and discourteous way to treat people.

  Taylors have carried out a lot of work for us over the years, both large jobs and small, and I have always found them to be very polite, courteous, efficient and trustworthy. The work is of the highest standard. I wouldn't waste time or money going to someone else.
